What are the responsibilities and job description for the MDM Developer position at Quality Theorem?
Must-Have Experience & Skills:
- 1–3 years of MDM experience (ideally leaning towards 3 years).
- Hands-on experience with MDM platforms (e.g., AirWatch, Jamf, Ivanti, Samsung Knox).
- Working knowledge of cloud platforms & databases.
- Basic understanding of scripting (not expert-level but should know how scripts work).
- Strong troubleshooting skills, especially for mobile device issues.
- Experience in device deployment & configuration.
- Familiarity with Play Store & App Store deployment.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deployment deadlines.
- Provide on-site technical support at a deployment center.
- Configure and manage mobile devices (Android & iOS).
- Validate and troubleshoot Wi-Fi and device conditions.
- Support existing configurations and MDM processes.
- Work with customer success teams to address client concerns.
- * Troubleshoot configuration issues to meet SLAs.

Pay: $65,050.00 - $79,938.00 per year
