Duties

- Provide recommendations for tire replacement or repair based on diagnostics.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and customer interactions.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding tire options and vehicle maintenance.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Stay updated on automotive service techniques and industry trends.
- Perform additional automotive services such as oil changes and general vehicle maintenance as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive service or repair, particularly in tire maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics and vehicle systems.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Familiarity with alignment equipment and procedures is preferred.
