Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tire Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive service and repair, with a focus on tire maintenance and installation. This role requires excellent customer service skills, as you will be interacting with clients to provide them with the best solutions for their vehicle needs. As a Tire Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and performance of our customers' vehicles.

Duties

  • Perform tire installations, rotations, and alignments with precision.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of tires to assess wear and damage.
  • Provide recommendations for tire replacement or repair based on diagnostics.
  • Maintain accurate records of services performed and customer interactions.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding tire options and vehicle maintenance.
  • Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Stay updated on automotive service techniques and industry trends.
  • Perform additional automotive services such as oil changes and general vehicle maintenance as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in automotive service or repair, particularly in tire maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics and vehicle systems.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
  • Familiarity with alignment equipment and procedures is preferred.
  • Ability to perform routine maintenance tasks efficiently.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
  • Previous experience as a service technician is a plus.
  • Willingness to learn about new products and services related to tire care.
