What are the responsibilities and job description for the Title Insurance/Paralegal/Closing Coordinator position at Quality Title & Abstract Agency?
Seeking a dynamic member for our production team! Quality Title & Abstract Agency and The Jordan Real Estate Group provide multi-state title insurance and real estate appraisal services with an office located in Ocean, New Jersey (Monmouth County). Applicant must have experience working in real estate as a Title Officer, Paralegal or Closing Coordinator for a title insurance agency or law firm. The position is full time within our office. Responsibilities include closing statement preparation, closing coordination with buyers, sellers, realtors, mortgage companies and law firms as well as ordering mortgage & judgment payoffs and post closing. Experience with AccuTitle software is a plus. Individual must be energetic, have the ability to work in a high technology, paperless environment and posses excellent communication skills.
