Job Overview :

We are seeking a skilled Tool Maker / CNC Program Setup to join our team. As a Tool Maker / CNC Program Setup, you will be responsible for creating and repairing precision tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures used in the manufacturing process and running / program setup of CNC / s. Your expertise in machining and mechanical knowledge will be essential in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production operations.

Responsibilities :

• Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, or specifications to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished workpieces
• Set up and operate machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, grinders, and EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining) equipment to fabricate parts and CNC's.
• Verify dimensions, alignments, and clearances of finished parts using measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Fit and assemble parts to make, repair, or modify dies, jigs, gauges, and tools using hand tools
• Inspect finished dies for smoothness, contour conformity, and defects
• Test completed tools or dies to ensure that they meet specifications
• Troubleshoot issues with tools or dies during production
