What are the responsibilities and job description for the DISPATCH / ( AAA FSL TOWING DISPATCH ONLY ) position at Quality Towing and Recovery?
Looking for someone to work in the office, dispatching calls to 17-20 drivers and managing them effectively. Experience with FSL AAA dispatch is a must. If you haven’t worked in a towing company, please do not apply—this job is not for you
Job Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Fluent in English
- Strong personality with the ability to manage drivers
- Capable of handling customer calls, providing accurate ETAs, and confirming pick-up/drop-off addresses
- Ensure membership details are correct
- Ability to manage overages and handle payments responsibly
- Minimum of one year of experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 60 per week
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
Work Location: In person
Salary : $17 - $18
