Overview
We are seeking a skilled MECANICO TRAILER CAMION to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the maintenance and repair of tractor-trailer systems, with a strong focus on diesel engine repair. This role requires a solid understanding of electrical systems, schematics, and automotive diagnostics to ensure the optimal performance of our fleet.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on tractor-trailer units, including diesel engines and electrical systems.
• Diagnose issues using automotive diagnostics tools and schematics to identify necessary repairs.
• Conduct inspections and troubleshooting on various components, including suspension systems and other mechanical parts.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed on each vehicle.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of repairs and adherence to safety standards.
• Utilize forklifts and other equipment as needed for vehicle maintenance tasks.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology related to trailer mechanics.

Skills

• Proficient in diesel engine repair with hands-on experience in maintaining tractor-trailer units.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and ability to read schematics effectively.
• Experience working in a dealership environment is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with suspension systems and their maintenance requirements.
• Ability to perform automotive diagnostics efficiently and accurately.
• Forklift operation skills are a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
