Long-established leading Insurance Agency is growing and is in need of an Agency Manager. The present incumbent is retiring. We are a privately-owned property and casualty insurance agency with decades of service serving Rhode Island and Connecticut.

We are currently looking for outgoing, motivated individual to join our Team. This professional will be responsible for managing all human Resource actions, financial actions and administrative actions under the direction of ownership through comprehensive and responsive support based upon effective interpersonal and communications skills, and sound technical knowledge of insurance products and services. Prior insurance or related experience is necessary with a passion for relationship building and customer service is important. Marketing experience is desirable.
We provide a comprehensive product line, full sales and marketing support, licensing and technical training. Our compensation strategy includes an attractive salary plus annual bonus incentive plan and a comprehensive benefits package. Consideration with a sign-on bonus is part of the package.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor's Degree or related experience; additionally, Insurance certification is desirable or the ability to obtain a license
-5 years of demonstrated operations management experience
-Excellent computer skills to include all Microsoft Products
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills, presentation abilities, “Team Player”
-Attention to detail / organizational skills is extremely important
-Hours M-F 900am-500pm, some rotating Saturdays
