Millwright / Rigger – Industrial Equipment & Platform Installation
Location: Elida OH
Pay: Competitive – Based on Experience
Job Type: Full-Time

Quality Welding and Fabrication is seeking skilled Millwrights and Riggers to install, assemble, and rig platforms, structural components, and heavy equipment on industrial job sites. If you excel at troubleshooting, blueprint reading, and working with rigging equipment, we want you on our team!
What You’ll Be Doing:
Precision Installations
- Assemble and install platforms, conveyors, structural components, and heavy machinery according to blueprints and schematics.
- Rig and move heavy equipment using hoists, cranes, chain falls, and come-alongs with precision and safety.
Expert Rigging
- Safely rig, hoist, and position large equipment using industry-standard rigging tools.
- Maintain strict compliance with OSHA, MSHA, and industry safety regulations.
Blueprint Mastery
- Read, interpret, and execute complex blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings to ensure accurate installations.
Safety First
- Adhere to all workplace safety protocols to prevent accidents and maintain a safe job site.
What We’re Looking For:
- 8 years in Millwright, Rigging, or in Industrial Equipment Installation.
- Expertise in rigging, hoisting, and heavy equipment positioning.
- Proficient in blueprint reading, layout, and leveling equipment.
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, and welding/fabrication is a plus.
- Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and various industrial environments.
Certifications (Preferred but Not Required):
- OSHA 10/30, MSHA, or NCCCO Rigging Certification
- Welding or fabrication experience is a plus.
Other Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license & ability to travel to job sites as needed
