What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shop Supervisor for Tank Manufacturer position at Quality Welding & Fabrication?
Job Duties:
- Supervise shop employees on a daily basis.
- Will be responsible for maintaining schedules of shop employees.
- Maintain multiple production schedules to insure on time job completion which includes delivery. While maintaining a quality product.
- Ability to train staff on welding processes.
- This is not a desk job, must be able to stand for long periods of time.
Requirements:
- Must have Welding & Fitting experience
- Must be able to read ISO drawings
- Must have general knowledge in welding discontinuities and visual inspections
- Experience preferred in ASME Code for Pressure Vessels
- Over 2 years Supervisory experience in a production environment.
- Good communication skills
- Must pass background and drug Screen
- At least 5 years Welding experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
