Join our dynamic team at Quality Windows as a Customer Service Representative! Located in the heart of bustling downtown, Quality Windows, Inc. is the new leader for design and distribution of Fine Architectural products in Santa Barbara county. We have been in business for 30 years and our reputation is growing. We have 3 locations in Southern California and are soon looking to expand our building to have the biggest showroom in Santa Barbara county. As we continue to grow we are looking for individuals who are willing to come on board and ride this amazing journey with us to be the #1 Architectural product provider to the community, which is at an all time high. We deal exclusively to builders, architects, and homeowners so our client base is very large.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction and exceptional service.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- 2 Years Customer Service Experience preferred but not necessary
- 2 Years College preferred but not necessary
- Available to work 40 hours per week
- Prior stable work history
- Familiarity with computers, Windows applications, and order entry system
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to learn an extensive product line
- Problem resolution skills
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Handling inbound and outbound customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
- Utilizing your bilingual skills to assist a diverse customer base
- Conducting outbound calls to schedule projects for customer orders and resolve any issues
- Engaging in multilingual communication to cater to various clientele
- Analyzing customer needs and providing tailored solutions
- Performing data entry accurately and efficiently
Experience:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Proficiency in English, with additional languages being a plus
- Prior experience in customer service or sales roles
- Strong ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
- Comfort with outbound calling and engaging with customers proactively
- Excellent data entry skills for maintaining accurate records
- Ability to analyze customer feedback and adapt service strategies accordingly
