We need 10 years of expereince candidates.
We are seeking a dynamic Business Analyst with 10 years of proven experience in the Healthcare Insurance Payer domain and hands-on expertise with the 340B program. In addition to driving business process improvements, the ideal candidate will collaborate closely with our QA team to review requirements traceability and ensure robust testing of key business application workflows. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable business solutions and quality test scenarios.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Analysis & Process Improvement:
- Analyze and document current business processes, systems, and data flows related to healthcare insurance payer operations and the 340B program.
- Identify gaps in test coverage and recommend test scenarios to address them.
- Facilitate workshops and interviews with key stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.
340B Program Expertise:
- Provide in-depth analysis and insights on the 340B program.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with 340B program requirements and assist in implementing improvements.
- Monitor and evaluate QA program performance metrics and generate actionable reports for stakeholders.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to support decision-making.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators (KPIs) in the payer and 340B domains.
- Leverage data-driven insights to recommend strategic initiatives and drive process improvements.
- Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication:
- Act as a liaison between business units, IT, and external partners to ensure seamless implementation of system enhancements and process changes.
- Prepare and present detailed analysis, recommendations, and business cases to senior management and external stakeholders.
- Ensure clear communication and understanding of regulatory requirements, operational challenges, and solution benefits.
Testing & Quality Support:
- Collaborate with the QA team to ensure business requirements are accurately translated into test scenarios.
- Assist in creating detailed test cases, identifying high-priority test scenarios, and authoring comprehensive test scenarios to validate system functionality.
- Provide domain-specific insights to support testing efforts and ensure coverage of critical areas during system enhancements.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Healthcare Insurance Payer domain.
- Hands-on experience with the 340B program, including regulatory, financial, and operational aspects.
- Exposure to quality assurance or testing processes, with proven experience in test case creation and scenario authoring.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel) and experience with process modeling.
- Familiarity with healthcare industry software and systems.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
