As a QE Transformation Lead at QualiZeal, you will play a critical role in shaping our quality engineering strategy and driving transformative change across our customer base. Your expertise will help us stay ahead of the curve and maintain our position as a leader in the industry.
Your responsibilities will include assessing current maturity, developing and implementing test automation strategies, and building and optimizing CI/CD-integrated automation frameworks. You will also be responsible for overseeing test data and environment management, establishing and tracking key quality metrics, and collaborating seamlessly in a multi-vendor environment.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong communication and coordination skills to manage cross-functional collaboration.
- Proven leadership experience in driving large-scale QE transformation initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder management with a strong customer presence.
- Deep expertise in modern QE concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with test automation tools such as Tosca, Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, and API testing tools like Postman.
- Solid experience in shift-left testing, CI/CD integration, and automation strategy development.
- Proficiency in test data management and environment management strategies.
- Ability to work effectively in multi-vendor environments, fostering collaboration and driving QE excellence.
