Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute performance test plans and test cases.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Analyze test results and generate detailed performance reports.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to resolve performance issues.
- Conduct load, stress, and scalability testing on various applications.
- Utilize performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar.
- Monitor application performance and provide insights for optimization.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in performance testing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Performance Tester or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of performance testing methodologies and tools.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar.
- Experience with monitoring tools like Dynatrace, New Relic, or similar.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Certification in performance testing tools or methodologies.
