EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION YOU WILL NEED
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in total rewards, compensation, and HRIS systems management.
- UKG experience highly preferred
MAIN DUTIES OF THE JOB
- Supporting Offer Compensation, Internal Equity, Leveling, Promotions, Internal Movement, HRIS and UKG roll outs etc
- Big emphasis on all things compensation related
