EXPERIENCE YOU WILL NEED
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in the sciences preferred
- 2 years of experience in medical device complaint handling
- Experience using electronic complaint systems
MAIN DUTIES OF THE JOB
- Processing open complaints through investigation and closure
- Coding complaints for trending purposes
- Determining if a complaint meets the MDR reporting requirements based upon the event
- Involvement in creating and submitting MDRs to the FDA
