Experience/Education You Will Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience in total rewards, compensation, and HRIS systems management.
• UKG experience highly preferred
  
  

MAIN DUTIES OF THE JOB

• Supporting Offer Compensation, Internal Equity, Leveling, Promotions, Internal Movement, HRIS and UKG roll outs etc
• Big emphasis on all things compensation related
