EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION YOU WILL NEED

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems, Computer Science or comparable
• Project Management Certificate – PMP, PRINCE2, or similar
• Agile Certification – CSM, ACP, or similar
• Minimum of 4 to 6 years leading programs or projects of at least $2mm annually, preferably within the Insurance Industry

MAIN DUTIES OF THE JOB

• Responsible for leading project teams to deliver project(s) that span across one or more departments or business units.
• Manage resources, schedules, and budgets, as well as adhere to project governance and control guidelines as established by the EPMO throughout the project life cycle.
• Management of issues, risks, and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery.
• Key contributor to process improvement initiatives as they relate to improving project delivery.
