- Bachelor’s Degree in Software, Electrical, Robotics, or similar field
- 7 years’ experience with the design, implementation, and maintenance of manufacturing automation systems
- Medical Device industry experience highly preferred, but not required. Must understand a regulated environment.
- Proficiency in CAD and parametric modeling; Proficiency in designing and programing PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems
- Design and program PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems, integrating robotics and vision systems into manufacturing processes within cleanroom environment.
- Lead the design and implementation of automation systems for medical device manufacturing.
- Ensure risk assessments and validation procedures are conducted, including IQ-OQ-PQ; and lead troubleshooting of automation systems to diagnose and resolve issues quickly.
- Plan, execute, and monitor multiple automation projects from start to finish, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Salary : $100,000 - $140,000
