About This Role:
We are excited to welcome an enthusiastic and driven Training Specialist to our team. Reporting to the Director of Training, this role is essential to the success of our training programs and employee development efforts. You will be part of designing and delivering impactful training programs on key systems, processes, and products while supporting our culture of excellence. Each week brings diversity; you are facilitating training sessions, updating our Knowledge Base, assisting with technical projects, or helping to maintain our learning platform. As a Training Specialist, your contributions will help team members develop the skills and confidence they need to serve our members with excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver training for key systems, products, and corporate tools.
- Facilitate engaging and effective sessions on products, services, and staff programs.
- Collaborate with the Training Director to develop and manage training materials in our learning platform and Knowledge Base.
- Support corporate projects by providing technical training and assisting with systems testing.
- Coordinate training schedules, track attendance, and maintain accurate records.
- Manage training supplies and prepare training spaces for in-person sessions.
- Help staff learn and internalize our member service expectations by training and setting an example.
- Guide staff in adopting our education-based approach to business building, helping them achieve and exceed education-based goals that support member success.
