The Integrations Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing integrations between various software systems to ensure smooth data flow and functionality across platforms. This team will integrate with SaaS solutions such as Salesforce, Netsuite and SAP SuccessFactors. Integration Design And Development:
- Analyze integration needs based on business requirements.
- Design and implement integration solutions to connect diverse software systems.
- Develop, test, and deploy integration solutions using APIs, iPaaS, or custom coding solutions.
- Monitor integrations to ensure optimal performance and resolve any issues that arise.
- Perform debugging and troubleshooting of integration errors.
- Optimize integration performance and enhance data flow reliability.
- Conduct thorough testing of integration solutions to ensure data accuracy, security, and reliability.
- Implement best practices for data integrity and security during integration.
- 3 years of experience integrating enterprise applications in the areas of Finance, HR, IT, Legal, GTM etc.
- Knowledge of data integration patterns and approaches (APIs, Microservices, Pub/Sub, Batch, Streaming, etc.)
- Well-versed with modern iPaaS solutions such as Boomi, Workato, Snaplogic.
- Must have experience integrating with SaaS solutions such as Salesforce, Netsuite and SAP SuccessFactors.
- Ability to program in at least one of the following: Java, Groovy, JavaScript, Python.
- Knowledge about API design standards, patterns, and best-practices especially Swagger, REST, SOAP.
- Advanced understanding of integration standards/protocols such as JSON, XML, XSD, XSLT, WSDL, and WADL.
- Exposure to CI/CD concepts.
- You have hands-on experience using Workato as an iPaaS integration platform.
- You have experience in large scale projects in Quote to Cash, Hire to Retire, Procure to Pay domains.
- Ability to learn new development languages and tools.
- Qualtrics's Integration Engineering team develops and maintains all the integration services between a plethora of SaaS and on-prem applications that power the organization.
- This is a vital team central to the integrations related to all business functions.
- We have multiple high profile initiatives going on constantly, therefore the ability to context switch, communicate proactively and manage expectations is a key.
- This team collaborates with various internal platforms and infrastructure teams, promoting a culture of transparent discussions and constructive design reviews.
