People Services Delivery Intern
Why We Have This Role This application will be utilized to hire for two distinct intern opportunities :
- Immediate Full-Time Internship : Offering 30-40 hours per week with the potential for future conversion to a full-time employee (FTE). The ideal candidate is expected to graduate soon and should be able to work full-time while completing part-time academic studies.
- Full-Time Summer Internship : Offering three intern positions for a 10-12 week summer internship. The ideal candidate is preparing to enter their senior year of undergraduate studies and is available to work full-time from June through August.
As a People Services Delivery Intern, you will play an essential role in our People team. Your work will involve supporting various People Team operations and projects, such as data management, onboarding, process administration, employee listening, and tooling support to enhance the overall employee experience. Our People Services Delivery team is the engine that drives our employee experience, and this is a pivotal role in ensuring our workforce is empowered, supported, and engaged.
