We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Project Manager with experience in contract management to join our dynamic team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing and managing a variety of projects while also handling the contracting process, ensuring compliance, and maintaining strong vendor and client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of project management principles, as well as expertise in drafting, negotiating, and managing contracts.
Responsibilities
Project Management :
Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver on-time, within-scope, and within-budget project outcomes.
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure resources are allocated effectively.
Monitor project progress, address issues, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring smooth project execution.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and project objectives.
Contract Management :
Draft, negotiate, and review contracts related to project scope, terms, and conditions.
Ensure contracts are in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Manage contract renewals, amendments, and closeouts.
Provide guidance to stakeholders on contract interpretation and compliance matters.
Collaborate with legal, procurement, and finance teams on contract-related issues.
Stakeholder Communication :
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams regarding project and contract-related inquiries.
Maintain clear communication with all parties, ensuring that expectations are aligned and issues are promptly addressed.
Documentation & Reporting :
Maintain detailed project documentation, including project timelines, budgets, contracts, and meeting notes.
Prepare and present regular project updates to leadership and stakeholders.Ensure all contractual obligations and milestones are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field (required).
PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification (preferred).
Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management with a focus on contract management.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
Proven experience in negotiating and managing contracts (e.g., procurement, services, vendor agreements).
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with strong contract analysis and risk management capabilities.
