Position Overview
Power Your Future with Qualus as our Senior Billing Coordinator in our Field Engineering department. You will be responsible for ensuring that all invoices are accurately prepared and processed in a timely manner. The ideal candidate should have excellent attention to detail, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Review and verify accuracy of all invoices and purchase orders in ERP system and Excel
- Prepare and process billing invoices and credit memos for clients within established timelines
- Maintain accurate records of billing and invoicing activities
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve billing discrepancies
- Build strong relationships with external stakeholders and escalate issues to internal management when necessary
- Investigate, validate, and troubleshoot billing and invoicing issues
Qualifications
- 4 years of experience in billing or accounting role
- Experience working with billing software and accounting systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience working in an engineering or professional services firm preferred
- Knowledge of project management methodologies preferred
