What You Will Do:
As an Assistant Project Manager with Quandel, you will be responsible for keeping the Project Manager informed of all pertinent information as requested. Our APMs demonstrate in word and action, a positive, professional attitude always, that will instill confidence in our clients and colleagues. You will be responsible for project planning including the construction schedule; agreements with subcontractors; daily interaction with site superintendents and subcontractors; and reporting to Quandel management on a frequent basis the project timeline.
What You Will Bring:
- High School Diploma required
- Degree in Engineering, Business or Construction Management; preferred but not required
- Prior exposure to construction management practices
- A systematic approach to organization and time management
- A focus on teamwork – continually listen, collaborate, and communicate with your colleague's customers and partners
- Steadfast Integrity
- Goal oriented towards project management, eager to learn and grow
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and TEAM software
