About the Job:
This senior-level position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with at least 2 years of experience as a Superintendent. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarization with ERP or project management systems.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee project management on assigned construction sites, ensuring timely completion and cost-effectiveness.
- Analyze project plans, specifications, and bids to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to develop a construction schedule that meets or exceeds key milestones.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry with projects ranging from $2 million to $20 million.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Superintendent, preferably in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiarity with ERP or project management systems like Viewpoint, Smartbid, Adobe Docs, AIA, BlueBeam, and document sharing programs such as Box.com, Dropbox, or Google Drive.
- Prior experience in construction management practices, including project coordination and scheduling.
