What You Will Do:
- Develop, implement, and oversee the Quality Control (QC) Plan for the project.
- Conduct on-site inspections to ensure work meets contract requirements, codes, and safety standards.
- Assist in material testing coordination, review test reports, and track compliance with specifications.
- Identify and document quality deficiencies, issue non-conformance reports (NCRs), and follow up on corrective actions.
- Work closely with subcontractors and field staff to prevent defects, rework, and delays.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (ACI, ASTM, AISC, etc.) and owner requirements.
- Maintain accurate QC reports, daily logs, and inspection checklists.
- Assist with commissioning and final inspections to verify work is completed per project specifications.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2 years of construction project experience, preferably in project coordination, management, or quality control.
- Familiarity with construction contracts, drawings, specifications, and industry codes.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera, etc.).
- Ability to work on-site full-time, collaborating with field and office personnel.
Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience in quality control, project engineering, or assistant project management.
- OSHA 30 certification and familiarity with safety regulations.
- Knowledge of Lean Construction, Six Sigma, or other quality management processes.
- Experience with punch lists, closeout documentation, and commissioning processes.

Work Environment/Physical Demands:
- Work a flexible schedule depending on office within the hours of 6am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. Occasional extended hours as required by demands of the project schedule.
