What You Will Do:
The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for organizing and maintaining tools, equipment, and yard storage, and performing routine maintenance. This position involves regular communication with field and office staff, adherence to safety protocols, and accurate documentation of inventory and transfers. Daily responsibilities include:
- Scheduling and prioritizing warehouse tasks and deliveries
- Organizing tools, equipment, and materials for safe, accessible storage
- Inspecting, maintaining, and repairing equipment to ensure safe operation
- Tracking and documenting inventory through transfer forms and regular audits
- Safely delivering and retrieving tools, equipment, and trailers from job sites
- Maintaining storage trailers and workspaces in a clean, organized manner
- Following company safety standards and maintaining relevant certifications
What You Bring:
- Class A CDL with Manual Endorsement is required.
- Must have basic computer skills and ability to track transfer of tools and manage inventory electronically.
- Mechanical, electrical, and welding skills are strongly preferred.
- Ability to lift to 100 pounds and work in various weather conditions.
- Knowledge of concrete formwork, tools, and equipment is required.
- Must be able to operate a forklift.
- Must be able to load and unload, trailer heavy equipment to / from job sites.
- Must be able to frequently take phone calls and support field operation needs.
