What’s attractive about the Production Associate position?

• 5:00 AM - 2:00 PM (Monday - Thursday) 6:00 AM - 10:00AM (Friday)
• $17 - $19 an hour

What Success Looks Like:

• Operates tools and machinery and notifies the supervisor/team lead immediately of malfunctions or maintenance that may be needed.
• Monitors product to ensure quality standards are being met and rejects product that does not meet quality standards.
• Keeps the work area in a neat and orderly condition in compliance with 5S standards.
• Accurately, thoroughly, and legibly completes production reports and other documentation.
• Promotes teamwork by cooperating and supporting co-workers.
• Assists in other work areas when the workload permits or requires.

Your Credentials:

• High school education or equivalent preferred.
• At least 6 months of production, assembly, or related work experience preferred.
• Manual finger dexterity skills.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds.
• Displays a positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow.
