The Human Resources Generalist will play a key role in supporting HR initiatives including employee relations, talent acquisition, talent and performance management, compliance, coaching, and employee training.

What’s attractive about the Human Resources Generalist position?
- Provide proactive Human Resources support
- Serve as the point of contact to provide day to day guidance to employees and front-line supervisors
What Success Looks Like:
- Identify and deliver solutions to support decisions related to talent, employee relations, recruitment, and compensation.
- Collaborate with team members to implement HR strategies to support the business.
- Coordinate and conduct new hire orientations and employee training for development.
- Handle the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of all facility personnel.
- Development and implement HR personnel policies and procedures.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations to ensure compliance.
- Work with leaders to maintain time and attendance, discipline, and personnel records.
- Respond to employee inquires of benefits, payroll, compensation, policies, and procedures.
- Work to support the adherence to safety programs
- Strong project management, organization, and analytical skills
- Experience working in a fast paced, complex, dynamic business environment
- Possess initiative to improve processes and have a customer service-oriented mindset
- Demonstrate ability to work with a wide range of sensitive and confidential information
Your Credentials:
- 4 years of Human Resources experience to include talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits, and compensation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- PHR certification preferred
- Strong skills in using MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
The salary range for this position is $61,500 to $83,500 w/ bonus potential.
