What Success Looks Like:

• Assist with daily shipping duties, including preparing and processing shipments.
• Create and print box labels for shipments.
• Match freight bills with billing documentation and maintain accurate records.
• Generate and review bills of lading for accuracy and compliance.
• Handle customer service calls related to shipping inquiries and needs.
• Communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Input and manage outside assembly data.
• Maintain accurate shipping documentation and records.
• Use QuickBooks to assist with inventory, bulling, or other operational tasks.
• Perform data entry and reporting in Excel and other software as needed.
• assist with packing list creation and ensure all items are accurately scammed into the system.
• Following all safety procedures, rules, and guidelines; and notify supervisor/team lead of any existing or potential safety issues
• Responsible for attending work on time and for scheduled hours each day.
• Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.

What You Bring:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent a plus
• Prior shipping and logistics experience is a plus
• Computer literate - Excel, QuickBooks
• Able to walk and stand for up to 10 - 12 hours
• Lift 50 lbs. using proper technique
• Can communicate effectively
• Read and understand written instructions
• Able to perform basic math
• Can work with a team or independently
• Eager to learn with a can-do attitude

The target hourly wage for this position is $17.50/hr.

Work Environment / Other Requirements

• The work performed is conducted in a non-climate-controlled facility with moderate noise levels that are within OSHA limits.
• Must wear PPE as required
