Expected Salary Range : $20.00 - $26.00 / hour (DOE) $1.00 an hour shift differential for night shifts

What's Expected of the Tooling Maintenance TM Technician position?

Work as part of the team with Production and other departments to provide a fully functional tool to meet customer quality expectations.

  • Disassemble, clean, reassemble tooling after production runs.
  • Operate a variety of equipment, and use hand-work to clean, repair, and prepare tooling for production.
  • Diagnose and correct problems encountered while running tooling online.
  • Clean and repair die heads and flange plates.
  • Wire, test, install and maintain heater bands and electrical cords.
  • Adhere to and complete work within the 5S standards, SOPs, and OSHA guidelines.

    • What you bring :

  • High school degree, or equivalent.
  • Previous industrial experience.
  • Good mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot.
  • Good reading and mathematical proficiencies
  • Ability to operate hand tools, and equipment required to complete job related tasks
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including every other weekend
  • Safety focus with a willingness to adhere to safety guidelines.
