- Follow all safety procedures and report any concerns.
- Ensure all packages meet quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow standard operating procedures and suggest improvements.
- Assist in other areas as needed and support team efforts.
- Meet or exceed production standards.
- Complete required documentation accurately.
- Monitor tools, machinery, and product quality, reporting any issues.
- Check orders against shop drawings and customer packaging specs.
- Prepare and package orders, including wrapping, banding, and labeling.
- Load banding and wrapping machines as needed.
- Perform other assigned duties.
- High school education or equivalent.
- Ability to stand throughout the full shift.
- Ability to use hand tools including tape measure air drill, pneumatics fixed straight-cut saw.
- Ability to follow both written and verbal directions.
- Ability to perform repetitive work requiring high levels of concentration.
- Must have flexibility to work occasional overtime or additional shift.
- Strict adherence to safety policies.
