- Act as a point of contact for the office, ensuring visitors and team members are welcomed and supported appropriately
- Manage overall office operations, including daily procedures, maintaining a well-organized and professional environment
- Provide administrative support to Program Management and Operations/Shipping/Receiving team completing such tasks as: responding to emails, scheduling appointments (inbound and outbound), customer reporting
- Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned to support departmental priorities while utilizing exceptional follow-up skills.
- Research and present findings on critical actions
- Propose new ideas to improve processes
Who you are
- 2 years of professional experience in a business or administrative environment
- Demonstrated experience logistics and scheduling
- Experience independently researching, compiling, organizing, interpreting, and selecting data/materials from various sources and presenting
- Demonstrated experience successfully managing projects in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to collaborate with multiple departments, create project schedules, and ensure accountability to deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills; effectively interact with senior leadership and co-workers
- Ability to independently exercise judgment and make problem-solving decisions in unique as well as everyday situations
- A high level of discretion regarding sensitive and confidential information
- A technical understanding and ability to use G-suite (specifically Google Sheet, Doc, Forms) along with the ability to learn new technology quickly.
