PURPOSE OF POSITION:
The Warehouse Operator 1 - DMR Warehouse Part Runner is responsible for executing daily DMR part fulfillment and transactions. This person will be responsible for maintaining the ideal TAT, advising any issues to the DMR Warehouse Lead, and helping to resolve fulfillment issues.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Executes daily delivery of material to the area requesting repair parts
- Liaison with materials team, PE team, and Warehouse team
- Help to control physical inventory in the DMR Warehouse area
- Help to manage incoming material verification and execute receipt into SAP/QWMS
- Escalates to DMR Warehouse Lead when necessary
- Help to ensure proper receipt and transactions are completed
- Ensure accurate execution of cycle counts as well as help with timely resolution to issues identified during cycle counting.
- Escalate any DMR fulfillment issues to the lead quickly so they can be resolved within the ideal TAT
- Execute inventory transactions in SAP and QWMS systems, as well as needed repair tool systems
- Maintain all housekeeping and safety standards.
- Help DMR Warehouse Lead to cross-train all DMR Warehouse personnel in proper procedures and regulations, ensuring appropriate documentation is completed.
- Help to maintain a team-oriented environment
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in Inventory Control is ideal
- SAP, QWMS internal system experience a plus
- Must be proficient with Word, Excel, and Outlook
- High school diploma required.
