Quanta Dialysis Technologies is expanding our clinical team to support our commercial growth in 2025 and beyond. We are building a Travel Pool of Clinical Nurse Specialists to support new customer implementations across the U.S. These nurses will be assigned to short-term travel assignments (2-4 weeks) to train and support healthcare providers implementing the Quanta Dialysis System (QDS) in their hospitals, dialysis clinics, or skilled nursing facilities. This position requires no direct patient care, as we are focused on training external nurses on how to use our QDS device. We are targeting individuals who are willing and able to accept assignments on short notice, and travel for extended periods of time.

Who We're Looking For
We are seeking experienced dialysis or ICU nurses who have a passion for education and training. This role is ideal for those who,
- Have strong dialysis or critical care experience (ICU, CRRT, or home hemodialysis training preferred)
- Enjoy teaching and precepting rather than direct patient care
- Are flexible and open to short-term travel assignments
- Are able to pick up assignments on short notice (less than 1 month)
- Are not seeking full-time employment but are interested in periodic assignments
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training and education for healthcare providers using the QDS, ensuring a successful implementation
- Provide go-live support for newly trained staff during initial patient treatments
- Conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions for nurses, ensuring ongoing competency at customer sites
- Assist the development of new dialysis programs, offering clinical guidance and support
- Collaborate with Sales and Clinical Teams to drive product adoption and retention
- Document training sessions and customer interactions in the CRM system
Requirements & Qualifications
- RN license (active and in good standing)
- 5 years of dialysis experience (acute or chronic)
- CNN certification preferred
- Experience with ICU/CRRT (for acute roles) or home hemodialysis training (for chronic roles)
- Strong interpersonal and teaching skills
- Ability to travel 75% (including air and car travel, overnight stays)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended training sessions
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Must comply with vendor health requirements
