POSITION OVERVIEW :

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead and oversee federal projects. With a minimum of 10 years of experience, the ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional project management skills, a deep understanding of federal regulations and compliance, and a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Problem solving and strong communication people skills are a must.

What You’ll Do :

• Project Leadership : Manages integrated Design-Build (DB) / Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) teams from project inception through completion, including during pursuit phase if requested with the goal being to ensure alignment with the organization and client.
• Stakeholder Management : Collaborate effectively with federal agencies, internal teams, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
• Budget and Resource Management : Develop and manage project budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure cost control throughout project lifecycles.
• Compliance and Risk Management : Ensure strict adherence to federal regulations, guidelines, and security standards, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
• Schedule Management : Create and maintain detailed project schedules, tracking milestones and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
• Team Leadership : Supervise and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
• Reporting : Prepare and present comprehensive project status reports, ensuring transparency and effective communication with all stakeholders.
