- Analyzing operation processes and procedures and developing process enhancement strategies.
- Investigating shortfalls, issues, and complaints in current processes.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas of opportunity
- Develop, document, and monitor process performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement initiatives are successful
- Collaborating with other stakeholders to enhance productivity and performance matrix.
- Communicating ideas and opinions to other members of management.
