PURPOSE OF POSITION:
The AMA Production Lead oversees the testing workflow to ensure efficient operations while addressing personnel and technical challenges. This role involves resolving issues, monitoring processes, preparing reports, and maintaining high standards of productivity and quality.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise rack workflows, including roll-ins, task assignments, and location updates.
- Manage and resolve issues related to missing parts, material shortages, and routing discrepancies.
- Monitor employee training, task assignments, and adherence to PPE requirements.
- Address technical challenges and escalate issues to the Supervisor/Management as needed.
- Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with established processes.
- Escalate testing-related issues to Test Engineering (TE) or Product Engineering (PE) as necessary.
- Support training initiatives and documentation updates.
- Enforce daily 5S practices to maintain workplace organization and cleanliness.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; technical certifications preferred.
- Experience: Proven leadership experience in a technical or production environment.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of server racks, hardware, and associated processes. Proficiency in Windows-based applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Internet).
- Personal Attributes: Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
