Position Summary:
The Project Manager Assistant supports the Project Manager with the daily operations of project planning and implementation. This position involves coordinating with vendors, monitoring budget expenditures, and collaborating with various departments to ensure project success.
Essential Functions:
· Assist in the planning and implementation of project details.
· Manage and produce sales orders, change orders, and logs.
· Generate and track submittals and supplemental instructions/RFI's.
· Assist in coordinating and managing project tasks and deliveries.
· Analyze data as required.
· Track and report project progress.
· Complete other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
· Associate’s Degree in Business, or related field, or equivalent education and experience.
· Valid Driver’s License
· Minimum 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
Other Skills and Abilities:
· This is a FULLY ONSITE position; must be able to report onsite daily.
· Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment with multiple languages spoken.

· Ability to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally.
· Ability to distinguish between colors.
· Ability to bend, stoop, stand/sit for prolonged periods, move about production and warehouse facilities.
· Ability to travel occasionally, including internationally – travel required is minimal – less than 5%.
