SUMMARY
Taylor’s Construction, a Quanta Services company, is looking for an experienced Warehouse Coordinator to join our team in Lynchburg, VA.
As a Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible for receiving, managing, organizing, and storing inventory to ensure efficient warehouse processes as well as overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse facility in Lynchburg, VA .
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensuring quality of product deliveries via inbound containers and coordinating outbound shipments.
- Implement warehouse operations strategies to optimize workflow.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts.
- Execute processes efficiently and safely, while maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring that all documentation is complete.
- Assess the condition of received goods, report damages, discrepancies, or defects, and take appropriate action as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, findings, and corrective actions.
- Prepare and submit inspection reports as required by company policies.
