The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving recruitment efforts, ensuring seamless new hire onboarding, and overseeing employee terminations. In addition, you will foster strong relationships with our managers to support their HR needs.
- Oversee the full cycle of recruitment efforts, from posting job openings to selecting top candidates.
- Develop and oversee new hire orientation programs, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 3 years' experience working in Human Resources or a college degree in HR.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with employees at all levels.
