Job Summary
This Technical Program Manager role is responsible for managing the post-production support of Workday Student, a Student Information System (SIS) for three institutions within the UL System: Louisiana Tech University, University of New Orleans, and Southeastern Louisiana University.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage post-production activities with each campus, including resource allocation and external consulting.
- E nsure the interests of the institutions are served throughout this phase of the project.
- Collaborate with staff and project managers to develop and implement strategies that mitigate risk.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree Required, Master's Degree preferred
- Experience in project management or team leadership involving software implementation
- Effective leadership of staff and ability to make decisions independently
- Proven track record of effective project management and client satisfaction
- Experience working in higher education environment and with ERP and/or Student Information Systems
- Outstanding record of project management success
PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Extensive knowledge and experience with Workday Student
Work Environment
The selected candidate will work remotely, but may be required to visit individual campuses as needed. The duration of this project is expected to be six months, but may be adjusted based on institutional needs and resources.
