What are the responsibilities and job description for the Events Working Student position at QuantCo?
As a Working Student in the Event Team at QuantCo, you will help shape a unique working environment in a fast-growing international tech company. You will support internal operations, organize outstanding events, and collaborate across departments to optimize processes.
\n- Event Management: Help bring company-wide events to life by supporting their organization, taking over responsibility for planning and executing local and team events that foster connection and collaboration.
- Onboarding & Culture: Assist in welcoming new employees and developing programs for our interns to make them feel at home.
- Research & Implementation: Explore new opportunities, conduct in-depth research, and take ownership of independent projects.
- Process Optimization: Improve our work by creating clear documentation, streamlining processes, and contributing to workflow automation for events and travel.
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
- Hands-on approach with a strong service orientation.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Notion.
- Initial experience with task and project management tools.
- Preferred: First experience in project or event management.
