What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Management Working Student position at QuantCo?
QuantCo is a fast-growing, profitable US-European Machine Learning start-up. We are looking for a part-time student to support our Karlsruhe team in managing a new office.
\n- A highly proactive individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills (in German and English).
- A team player who does not shy away from taking responsibility for complex and ambitious tasks.
- A hands-on, service-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills and great attention to detail.
- A top 10% student enrolled at KIT (any field is fine)
- Work directly with our Karlsruhe team to set up our amazing new office which is part of the hub "Alter Schlachthof"
- Help to set up a network of external vendors, suppliers, and service providers (food, IT, others)
- Be the first point of contact for our outstanding, smart, and fun colleagues
- Help to make the office a great and comfortable workplace for everyone
- Suggest, develop, and help execute ideas to shape our office culture (events, office organization…)

- 28 EUR per hour compensation, ideally 10-18 hours per week, ideally at least for 4 months (better: 6 months), start date as soon as possible
