As an Agile Project Manager, you will drive the end-to-end execution of mission-critical technology projects, transforming strategic concepts into scalable solutions that advance clean energy adoption. Core Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Coaching : Mentor and empower cross-functional teams in Agile best practices, fostering self-organization, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Methodology Design : Assess project complexity and stakeholder needs to determine optimal delivery approaches (Agile, hybrid, or waterfall) for timely, high-quality outcomes.
• Stakeholder Collaboration : Partner with internal and external stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize deliverables, and maintain alignment on project goals and timelines.
• Governance & Reporting : Implement robust project tracking mechanisms, including risk management, dependency coordination, and transparent progress updates.
• Process Optimization : Champion Agile maturity by refining workflows, facilitating retrospectives, and integrating feedback to elevate team performance.
• Cross-Functional Coordination : Bridge technical and business teams (development, infrastructure, cybersecurity) to resolve bottlenecks and ensure seamless execution.
