Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Rapid Application Developer to support and enhance the EQD trading environment across Americas desks (Exotics, Flow, Delta1). This role will involve the development and support of a key Java-based application, hosted on Citrix servers, which provides traders with critical insights into positions, market data, and risk, as well as enables pricing and trade submissions. The position requires an experienced developer with a solid understanding of EQD markets, combining technical expertise with strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Provide responsive support for EQD trading, addressing real-time pricing and application queries
• Drive development of new application features and core components
• Guide and support junior developers, fostering skills development
• Contribute to strategic planning for platform scalability and future enhancements
• Serve as a primary point of contact with EQD traders, ensuring effective communication

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Master’s degree in Quantitative Finance or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience with derivatives, particularly EQD products
• Minimum of 3 years in a trading support or related role
• Self-motivated team player with a strong initiative
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to solve complex issues efficiently
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
