One of our clients, an international investment bank, is looking for a Front Office IT Business Analyst specializing in the Equities Booking and Post-Trade domain, with a particular focus on Equity Derivatives and Securities Lending.
Main Responsibilities :
Business Analysis :
- Collaborate with user representatives (traders, risk teams, operations, etc.) to gather and formalize business requirements.
- Conduct impact and gap analyses.
- Evaluate IT solutions to determine the best fit for business needs.
- Draft detailed functional specifications for IT development teams.
- Define and execute test plans.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Participate in project scoping, planning, progress reporting, issue and risk management, ensuring effective communication.
