Context
We are looking for a Technical Analyst to support a portfolio of 11 projects. This role plays a key part in managing infrastructure, security, and project coordination throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). The analyst will be responsible for technical design, security compliance, budgeting, and project execution, ensuring smooth delivery and alignment with business and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Infrastructure & Security Compliance
Identify technology and infrastructure requirements.
Conduct security reviews and support application security remediation.
Facilitate gate reviews (Gate 3, Gate 4, Gate 5), ensuring compliance with security, infrastructure, and risk standards.
Manage security assessments (SAST/DAST/Pentest) and ensure alignment with compliance requirements.
- Project & Budget Management
Develop, maintain, and update project plans and schedules.
Track progress, publish updates, and ensure project milestones are met.
Oversee forecasting and variance management using Insight.
Coordinate fund transfers through Delivery Hub change requests.
- Governance & Approvals (UDF & Financial Processes)
Create and manage UDF documents (Capex checklist, Vendor checklist, Expense Form, Contract Form).
Secure approvals from business sponsors, finance, and procurement.
Handle internal fund transfers for budget adjustments.
- Deployment & Change Management
Oversee change management efforts for deployments.
Ensure adherence to compliance, risk, and governance standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Experience in project management (PMO) or technical analysis in an infrastructure/security environment.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, security compliance, and IT governance.
- Familiarity with forecasting, budgeting, and financial management tools (e.g., Insight).
- Experience with security assessments (SAST/DAST/Pentest) and risk mitigation.
- Ability to manage stakeholder approvals, documentation, and change control processes.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work across multiple teams.
