Job Overview:
We are looking for a Senior C# Developer to implement a trading software solution for a client specializing in energy trading. You will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and deploying robust and scalable solutions for the U.S. energy markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop C# applications for energy trading.
- Implement solutions based on modern and distributed architectures.
- Work with U.S. power ISO markets (PJM, ERCOT, MISO, CAISO, NYISO, etc.).
- Integrate and deploy applications on Kubernetes and Docker infrastructures.
- Optimize system performance to ensure fast and reliable execution of transactions.
- Collaborate with trading, IT, and business teams to understand requirements and propose tailored solutions.
Required Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in C# and .NET.
- Extensive experience in trading software development.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. power ISO markets and energy trading mechanisms.
- Expertise in Kubernetes and Docker for application deployment and management.
- Solid database knowledge (SQL, NoSQL) and distributed architectures.
- Experience in microservices and cloud development.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
Desired Profile:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in C# development.
- Proven experience in implementing trading systems or fintech solutions.
