We specialize in e-commerce and direct-to-consumer (DTC) marketing , creating high-converting ad campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, and Shopping Ads. Our team focuses on data-driven performance marketing , and we need a skilled Graphic & Video Production Specialist to help us scale our paid ad creative efforts.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment , understands direct response advertising , and can produce ad creatives that drive clicks, conversions, and revenue. You’ll be working closely with our Creative Specialist, Ad Copy Team, and Media Buyers to develop and optimize ad assets.
Responsibilities :
- Create high-performing static and video ads optimized for :
- Facebook & Instagram Ads (Carousel, Collection, Stories, Reels, Instant Experience).
- Google Display & YouTube Ads (Responsive Display, Performance Max, Bumper Ads).
- Google Shopping Ads (Product Listing Ads, Showcase Ads).
- Produce conversion-focused ad creatives using direct response principles (clear CTAs, urgency, social proof, product showcases).
- Edit short-form product videos (6s, 15s, 30s) for social ads, including UGC-style creatives and product demos.
- Develop multiple ad variations for A / B testing and performance optimization.
- Apply motion graphics & animations to create scroll-stopping visuals for ads.
- Work within tight timelines , ensuring ad creatives are delivered on schedule to align with campaign rollouts.
- Collaborate with the Ad Copy Team and Media Buyers to test and refine ad creative based on real-time performance data.
- Maintain and organize creative assets for efficient repurposing and scalability.
Qualifications :
Salary : $50,000-70,000 annually plus Performance bonuses.
